Posed for your consideration - a tournament of warriors - sun, splashing, speed - two boats, battling over the waves, each powered by 10 novices boasting only grit, grime, and groans - where the runners up win, and the winners walk - to the Hellbent Taproom at Pybus, to toast an evening’s energy well spent on the waves of Wenatchee.

Mark your calendars for the first “Wenatchee Wave Warriors Wednesday", June 3rd 2026. Both Voyageur Canoes will be at the Pybus boat launch, ready to be filled with up to 10 paddlers in each boat. We will “race” a set course of around 20 minutes finishing back at the Pybus docks. Then we will stroll over to Pybus where the winning victorious crew will purchase beer or beverages of choice for the valiant runners-up crew, and together we’ll toast an evening well spent on the water.
